• Annual Conference     PUG’s annual conference offers dozens of sessions featuring user success stories and dynamic keynote speakers who provide industry updates and valuable insights. In addition, Polycom offers onsite training classes in conjunction with the conference. Attendees have many opportunities to network with their peers, leading industry experts, and Polycom executives from around the globe. Attendees also have hands-on access to Polycom’s latest products, services, and initiatives in an Exhibit Hall bursting with complementary technologies and applications presented by PUG’s Alliance Members. 
   

• Discounts     Special rates on PUG events, selected industry activities, and Polycom Learning Center classes that more than pay for your annual PUG membership

• CONNECTIONS     Published quarterly, PUG’s newsletter details PUG and Polycom news, provides Annual Conference information, and features articles to help conferencing professionals maximize the return on their conferencing investment.

• Special Interest Groups (SIGs)     PUG offers four SIGs: the Technical & Engineering SIG, the Combined Healthcare, Distance Learning, and Government SIG, the Services SIG, and the new Financial Industry SIG. These groups meet quarterly to address specific issues of importance to the conferencing professional and promote peer networking, enhanced Polycom relations, and professional development.

• Virtual Brown Bags     These quarterly interactive meetings give members the opportunity to discuss conferencing issues with Polycom representatives, Alliance Members, and PUG peers. Sessions cover a variety of topics, including the latest in technology trends, user success stories and product updates. These sessions are conducted via video, audio, and web conferencing.

• Membership Directory     An easy to navigate online directory of all current PUG members. This directory supports the networking value of your membership.

Principal Membership  - Access to the complete suite of PUG Principal Member benefits.

10-15 Members	$1,000 US
16-30 Members	$1,750 US
31-45 Members	$2,250 US

Associate Membership – Trial Membership free for one calendar year with limited access to membership benefits.  This category is designed for the end user who wishes to experience the value of PUG prior to becoming a Principal member.

   
For vendors, dealers and consultants who manufacture or supply products and services that are complimentary to Polycom products and services.

Alliance A Membership - $2000 US - includes access to the complete suite of PUG Alliance Member benefits

Alliance B Membership - $750 US - includes all Alliance Members benefits with the exception of the membership database list and authorization to mail to members up to four times per year

Alliance C Membership - $350 US - an individual membership for small consulting firms of up to three employees and includes all Alliance Members benefits with the exception of the membership database list and authorization to mail to members up to four times per year
