Email Discussion List This type of Internet forum allows PUG members to communicate their questions and concerns in an efficient and far-reaching manner.
Virtual Brown Bags These quarterly interactive meetings give members the opportunity to discuss conferencing issues with Polycom representatives, Alliance Members, and PUG peers. Sessions cover a variety of topics, including the latest in technology trends, user success stories and product updates. These sessions are conducted via video, audio, and web conferencing.
Resource Center A member's only collection of technical links with the goal of educating PUG’s users.
Special Interest Groups (SIGs) PUG offers several SIGs: Technical & Engineering, Healthcare, Distance Learning, Government, Polycom Services & Support, and the new Enterprise Industry SIG. These groups meet throughout the year to address specific issues of importance to the conferencing professional and promote peer networking, enhanced Polycom relations, and professional development.
PAVE We are gearing up for our newly announced PAVE (PUG Audio & Video Education) initiative. We hope PAVE will offer an on-demand educational experience for Principal, Corporate and Alliance Members. If you are an Associate Member, PAVE may compel you to upgrade your membership so that you are qualified to take advantage of this unique educational opportunity.
