Services and Support Special Interest Group (SIG) PUG continues to ensure that it brings benefits to its members and some of you have indicated that one of the areas YOU would like to address is how to access the services YOU need from both resellers and Polycom, Inc. PUG recognizes that often the services are available but additional communication is needed to increase the awareness of the services and the understanding of how to access them. Polycom, their resellers, and PUG also believe that everyone can benefit from communication regarding what additional services are needed. As a result of that, a PUG Special Interest Group (SIG) solely focused on Services and Support was developed. This is YOUR SIG and it is YOUR opportunity to voice YOUR challenges so that we at PUG can help address them with Polycom and the Alliance Members. To accomplish that let’s put some identifiers to this SIG.What is the Services and Support Special Interest Group (SIG)?
