Email Discussion List A valuable benefit of being a member of the Polycom User Group is having the ability to use the PUG Email Discussion List (the list). For those who are not familiar with mailing lists, they are an email based forum that PUG members use to ask each other questions regarding industry-related issues. When you submit a question to the list it is being sent to over 250 individual PUG members who can review your question and respond if they have information for you.
