The reservation cut-off date was Wednesday,
September 10, 2008. The group rate of $179 USD (plus
applicable taxes) per night for single or double occupancy will not be
guaranteed
after that date. Additional persons (18
yrs and older) are $25 USD per night.

To receive the group rate, be sure to reserve your room under the "PUG – Polycom User Group" room block.

After September 10th, availability at
the primary conference hotel may be limited. Part or all of your
reservation may need to be made at an alternate Disney
property.

There were a limited number of rooms available at the government per diem rate. There are no longer any rooms available in that block.
