2008 PUG Member-Get-a-Member Campaign

As a PUG member*, you can earn rewards by encouraging your conferencing and collaboration peers to join PUG as a new Principal or Alliance member.

Why should you recruit?

Because your story is the greatest testimony to the advantages one can realize as a PUG member. By sharing the value you have discovered through your membership you will:

Strengthen PUG and the conferencing/collaboration industry
Expand your network of industry professionals

For each new paid member* that you recruit you can choose from one of the following rewards:

$50 USD discount on Annual Conference fees (may be applied towards conference registration, exhibit registration, guest registration, or optional activity fees)
$50 USD discount on annual membership dues (principal or alliance)
$50 USD Disney gift card (can be used online at the Disney store or at the Annual Conference in October)

In addition to receiving a reward for each new member that you recruit, recruiters will be recognized in PUG publications and on the PUG website. Recruiters will also be recognized for their recruiting efforts on stage during one of the general sessions at the PUG Annual Conference.

How to get involved:

You can find online and printer-friendly applications forms for Principal and Alliance members at the PUG website. Hand deliver, email, or fax this application to your colleagues. Remind them to put your name in the referral source box to ensure that you receive credit if they are accepted as a member!
Be sure to share an electronic copy of the PUG membership brochure, which highlights the many membership benefits that you already enjoy. You can also request paper copies of the membership brochure to distribute.
Don’t forget to refer additional members from your own company or enterprise!

* Recruiter must be a PUG Principal, Alliance, or Polycom Staff Member. New full price Principal and Alliance Members qualify as paid memberships. Secondary Group Principal or Alliance members added to an existing membership, Associate Memberships, and Polycom employees do not qualify as paid memberships.
